My original idea was that we'd all submit a hint with iour clues which Les could publish as another list, but this would be more work for him and there weren't many supporters of the idea.
Though I have done about two thirds of the puzzle i am stuck on NE and SW. I'd appreciate hints for 10 and 11 dn, and 44 dn. I think I know what 43 dn is but can't understnd why.
I'm pleased to have completed more this time. I guess there should be another thread for plaudits but I did like aristo's 29 ac!

10 Think about an outpouring which might be fatal and the condition which might cause it.

11 I've not entirely parsed it, but I'd suggest looking at your definition of 'bass'.

43 Google the word you think it is followed by the word 'rights'.

It's a self-evident truth.

And I second you on aristo's 29.

10 - X chromosome disorder (of royalty)
11- crafty peterm had me going with this...
Defn. something that marks a bass(fish) organ
after/beat(very tired) and final "e"
44 - un(gracious)ly is how I looked at it
43 thread=line is how I saw it

Apologies to the setters if I've got the parsing wrong!

43 Yes, it's what i thought but still can't parse it. Never mind!
