to those who have done this crossword, i've got the poem and most of the words but wonder if I'm offbeam with one of the unclued ones -- for 10d i've got LIO?S & can't see how the obvious answer fits. also for 17d Shift over, get promoted (6, two words) i've got ?OVE?S -- can see move in there, but if my S is wrong i'll have to rethink the unclued 34a. tks v much.

10 D has to be the obvious word as it is involved in one of the words of the poem.

As the preamble says, the last two lines of the poem appear in the grid - one on each line.
