STINK TO HIGH HEAVEN?

The other looks like COLIN MEADS (a famous NZ rugby player rom the sixties). It ought to be an anagram, but I can't see an M anywhere!

On reflection I think it must be a simple error - the anagram COLIN NEADS is there!

Sorry - should have made it clear that MEADS is the correct answer - I've never heard of NEADS either!

btw that's sometimes called a "ghost anagram" - some or all of the letters aren't shown in the clue, but clued separately (anger for ire in this case). These are widely disapproved of in crossword circles.
