I think you may have 8D wrong. (Or I have!)I have Reassess for 5a and teabag for 10a with Statements as 8D.
I'm also stuck on 2-your last one 17a, which I assume ends in ing, ...hoarding? boarding?
and 19d 'Condescend to include old Bob in plan' (6)
