The perfumed flame of spices from the Garden of Adonis is said to be the only thing which will restore the vigour of the Phoenix. Not knowing how many letters there are in your answer or any latters you already have it's difficult to be more precise.

REFULGENCE - meaning radiance or brilliance.

However, if it's the Daily Record or similar then probably RESURGENCE is the answer they'll be looking for.
