mixed from letters from above answers i have

think syren is wrong some how that gives me the first e answer could be nimbler-niftier-nippier

disciplined (5) .a.e.
lacking unity (5) .i.t.
high pitched noise (4) .e.p
hope you can help sorry its so long just cant seem to get them thanks in advance guys ;)

If shifty person was DODGER then
established could be ORTHODOX.
