Thank you GK - there was some tough competition! I know I've seen the film before, but I'll definitely take another look later - I'm out this evening singing a song what I wrote about building boats in Stony Stratford... for the Wolverton & District Archaeological & Historical Society (rock'n'roll, eh?) at a talk about a man called Edward Hayes who decided to build ocean-going boats 50 miles from the sea - many of which are still in use over a hundred years later. Wish me luck!

@ bullfrog: just looked at the Hayes boatbuiding site -- wonderful! I come from a village on the South Coast that claimed to have opened the biggest marina of all in the 1960's -- unfortunately I can't even swim, but good luck tonight with your song -- maybe you'd like to upload the recording for us all to hear, no??!!
