Re question 36 am still searching for an answer, looked in my Chambers dictionary & find there is no such word but there is an AGGER which is an elevation or mound for protection or other military purpose. Any further ideas please.

Can't help but wonder if the answer is a place name from an anagram of an/aggar/peddars/way.
