Yet another delightful offering. Can anyone help me with last three? 19a British King, one on field (4). 24a Stretch performed without shooter (7). Clearly a convenience for Armstrong's partner, say (7).
I am thinking DISTEND for 24a but cannot parse. Hints on any of the above much appreciated, except I am clearly being thick with 19a and may just need the answer!

I agree embee - great fun.
19 I'm surprised that you have done the linked clues without getting this one - 3letter word for field + 1 letter abbreviation for a king to give a Shakesperean one.
24 STEN is a "shooter"
17dn is lovely - it's a "sounds like" word for toilet, then a partner for Armstrong refers to a British car maker of the 50s and 60s.
