I'm stuck on two. 9ac. Hall under the sea inhabited by a sorcerer (9) I've got ??M?A?I?L. 1d. Purple dyestuff named after Scot who discovered it. (7) I've only got ????E?R. First letter could be C. Any thoughts, anybody?
