scotsman = IAN (inside) PO (Post Office)

Treatment = its meant to help the sick.

?!?! Do answers have to be verfied now? I think if the given answers had been 'suggestions', they would have been followed by a question mark!

I like to think that once someone has the answer, they can work out the parsing themselves, I know that's how I learnt to do cryptic crosswords. If they can't, they can always ask for the explanation.
