Quick work Peterm...

Have got 1,2,3,6 and 7 .

Tricky stuff, ixion, but it fell into place nicely today. Must be all the practice with the JE.

Finally got to this- though the game hasn't even started! Got four right off, then the link before I figured out the other two. One of the answers is a Britishism I'd never heard of. Very good, ixie.

Gosh! Can't even count! Five right off, then the other two. Old age.

Well done Aristo...guessing it's No.3 for the Britishism, though it is similar to the American slang version.

Actually, it seems to have a US origin, but when I looked it up it said "British". I've never heard it used over here, and I've been around the block a few times.
