Finally got to this- though the game hasn't even started! Got four right off, then the link before I figured out the other two. One of the answers is a Britishism I'd never heard of. Very good, ixie.

Actually, it seems to have a US origin, but when I looked it up it said "British". I've never heard it used over here, and I've been around the block a few times.
