and

Most of them share conclusions of honest priest (12) -u-e-l-t-v-s. superlatives? but why?

32d Not entirely sure, but superlatives is an anagram of values and priest?

Last one for me is 4d l?c?e? - philosopher with key used one. Locke was a philosopher but can't see the rest.
