Well I always wondered what haslet was made from. Johnny had filled it in today, but we used to eat haslet quite a lot in cold meat salads.

My briefish search didn't throw haslet at me, and I wasn't trying to pull a face at a traditional dish...but it did throw all sorts of truly odd stuff from around the globe - some of which tipped my gentle disposition overboard!
