thanks to this thread and keratin, I have at last finished grid, and have instructions etc, now for the final bit, if I can wrap my brain around the instructions. If anyone needs any answers don't hesitate to ask.

45 Indian plant etc
29;30;31 and 32.
The instruction I have so far is:
CUT GRID OUT FOLD IT USING ??TOUT PATTERN?
Thematic phrase looks like THE SNOW..... then I'm lost!!

W - 45 is gourds, 29 Astrid and 31 unused. See if they help you to get the rest.

the snow bunting (missing letters)
cut grid out foldinto six cut out pattern (extra letters)

Thanks unclued.I obviously have 46 incorrect(FJELDS)! Will now work on the remaining clues and hope to get further on with it! I also do this for fun. Did I say FUN!

unclued,not sure of wordplay for ulcers,I think its backwards(reeling) somehow in ....cl(o)uts

20 - wordplay is Reversed Sore + clubs - clouts take away bs - bachelor of surgery leaving an extra 'o'

Leon I have SOUSED for 32. Sou - used (take away u).
