Here is that recipe I was telling you about....I am going to do pen myself for a party......but going to cheat and buy a nice round brown loaf, also going to make a salmon mouse for the filling along with the smoked salmon. Looking forward to "frosting" it a decorating in a Xmassy way. O.T.T. Cheesy Xmas .....
