So .... left it late, but I seem to be the only person not to get 3d: "Language networks involving everyone" L-L-A-S. Being seasonal (and a musician) I want to put "lullays" - but can't see why. And, anyway, I think "everyone" in the clue means it's going to contain "ALL". (I've checked that "cyrillic" 12a does have one R and two LLs.)

3 D. Lallans - Lowland Scots. It has 'all' inside 'lans' which are computer networks or something similar.
