Leon - 9 is RABIC. I found this Listener quite easy. Shame there were only 16 clues! I feel short changed. Get back if you need help with the end game.

Any help appreciated with 11 and 12.
I have TUNNY for 12 but not convinced.
No idea for 11 except it starts with S to V?
I assume 14 is VISAS ie IS in VAS?

spoyler - I assumed you have to "switch" the start of the word from ARabic to Rabic.
