When I have my Scrabble board, I often play a T. I don't know what the Russian bit in the clue refers to.

Hi chips
Hi Mamya
The Russian becomes clear but what a contorted clue!!!!!
But 15ac
Plain butty and pasty with black filling surely implies
P A L + P I E with B L inside
which gives PALPIBLE (obv wrong)
or is it me?????
Hope your both canny on a really dreicht day up here

Thea,

It is Palpable

Butty is a chum or work mate (same as Buddy)

Pasty (pronounced as 'Hasty - quick' instead of nasty) = Pale
(white or wan)
With the B in the middle

PAL+ Pale

Les40's explanation was great - all I wanted to add was that pasty was the same as peely-wally!
