The second one looks like 'purse' (prize). It's an anagram of 'spur'+e/east (a point, on the compass).

I think the other one is Draught, as it fits both meanings in the clue.

Thanks, yes I got draught straight away when given purse but it now makes my 33d wrong. Oh well back to the drawing board :)
