Help pleaee, before it's too late to send it off!

Thanks for your replies - I should have twigged olaf myself!
Not sure about Santa Maria - it is a ship - but I can't see anything re English and river - apart from river aire, but that has an e in.Any ideas?

There is a river Tamar,
so it's "a is " (one is) returning around "an" and English river - S an tamar ia
