I'm not convinced but can't do any better myself! It's odd that no-one has come up with a really satisfactory answer. Makes me think there might be a mistake somewhere.

i wondered if the last word was leeks as inefficient locking system but cant find a word to go infront of leeks?
I did wonder if it was porridge oats and that it should have read 8,4. That gives poor(inefficient) but I could not get a locking system from ats.
BTW I'm not even doing the quiz!
