I've finished this crossword but the last two I put in were the only two that didn't fully make sense. 3 Down reads:- "Woman
taking mini perhaps rejected stuff showing
tears at edges". Well, I imagine most
people know that the answer is "Motorist".
The only thing I don't understand is
where does the woman come into it?
Also, the one that crosses this one is
10 Across, which is clued:- "They raise
a serious constitutional rumpus on the
periphery". The answer is no doubt
"Hikers" but where does periphery come
into it? Is this where hikers are
generally to be found?

Obviously 'moist' around 'rot' <

One suggestion I have seen is that the Mini could also be a skirt therefore the motorist is likely a woman, lame I know
