First one looks like REDUCE coming from anag of seducer without first letter

If your letter is correct it must be disc (record) but I can't parse the rest. Sorry.

I thought DISC for 22c because of the RECORD part of the clue but couldn't fathom out the rest. Now I see, thanks.
