Is this where the Piper’s Son ran away when he got too old?

Presumably you know - Tom, Tom the Piper's son, learnt to play when he was young, but the only tune that he could play was "Over the hills and far away" - can't say I see the solution to the clue, though!

Unless it's "Over the hill"?
