Two I can't quite parse: 26a Walloon leaves newly formed local area network as custodian. C?R?T?K?R. Must be 'caretaker', but why?
And 13d Tailor and Executioner writing up approval and confirmation. ?O?O. I presume it is 'Dodo' (the publisher(/'executioner'?) of Beatrix Potter's 'The Tailor of Gloucester' from 'do' (approval) and 'do'(confirmation of it). Or any better ideas...?!

I just looked up 'Koko' and found lots of ads. for a rather risque London rock show...didn't seem appropriate for Saga readers!
