for 31D I have glosssary - might be wrong but it fits with 30A night and 36A ghoul

Could 31d be glossary ? i may have 42a (5) plunge wrong i had douse but know it not correct would it be souse ? .

Don't know about souse - only just started the crossword - still have a lot to get - will let you know if I get something for that
