Wileycoyote I know it's not garbo ring, too easy for this quiz All previous clues say it's another word for garb with O added. Have looked and looked for words such as wear for garb but no luck yet, will keep trying, plenty of weeks left to find it.

Thank you wileycoyote - all done! A clue for No. 53. Anagram of paid to stir. Twinsnan I now see the right answer for 78 - we were nearly right! I see you started this thread and you'll be glad to finish I'm sure.

Many thanks for 63 - nice clue.

84. Garbo = Garb (first word - synonym) and O (second word - crossword speak).

Tra-la. Thank you maisiep just couldn't spot that one. All done except for Garbo Ring which I now feel the need to check, but plenty of time for that. Once again many thanks to you and Twinsnan.

Thanks to you too Badger. I see you agree with 63 answer. Here's hopeful then, will send off after a final check. Do you need any further clues I could help with?

84. The answer is NOT Garbo ring.

52. I like this type of clue. The clue is the answer and vice versa. "Search", with 6 letters, is one word of the answer. The other word tells you to make the anagram of it. For example, in an earlier puzzle, How = Doctor Who.

Wileycoyote: no 62. Does this begin with B and end in S? Something in the first word to do with a spread?!!!
