This is a local charity crossword. All the answers are surnames of fictional crime stoppers - presume that means detectives, policemen etc. An example say was "Is that his leg lad? Then try shifting it." Answer Dalgleish so reasonably easy. But I am stuck on the bottom left corner.

Yes- he was , and sorry about the clues its just my ecentric way. Can`t get a grip of the other one.

plus I can`t spell eccentric , sorry (have very poor vision, my excuse and sticking to it LOL)
