8.on your uppers {2,3,3}

9. intellectual woman {4,8}

Some clues (apologies, if I have any wrong):

2. ... first letter of each word = PH
4. ... most common colour applied to the outside of a house.
7. ... first letter of each word = WOO.
8. ... first letter of each word = ITR
10. ... 118 118 are trying to replace them.
