I'm sure I'll beat my head against the wall when I know the answer, but why is 'Book' 'Hos'? I can see 'tellers' for 'raconteurs', and hostellers are holiday-makers, but struggling with rest of wordplay - help, please!

Thanka Malone, the idea did occur to me, but I'd never come across that abbreviation before, so I thought it may have been just wishful thinking on my part!
