I have T-A-P- I guess Trappy but cant rationalise it!

Chambers has treacherous for trappy.

Trap and gob both slang for mouth.

Trappy = full of traps = treacherous.
trap = gob (shut your gob)
trappy = gobby = big gob is how i see it.
