According to Chambers Biographical dictionary,
Sir Anthony Vandyke,and Sir Anthony Van Dyck
are one and the same person!

Untwist is obviously correct. The only connection I can find is the UN HQ is in Manhatten. Tenuous but plausible with this compiler!
