Thanks barrycat other clue was 6a but it just came to me it is cadges ! thnks for progeny have not heard of that so doubt i would have got it.

I know it does look wrong but with letters i had ?r?e?d?h?p it only word that fits in , checking my last clue i had to get 29d (9) became stale am i right with stagnated ?.

Hi Smudgy,
The 'hobbit' is at it again with 92d clue....Pleasant Disposition! The answer HAS to be 'Friendship' as it's the only word that fits. Pleasant disposition means affable, amicable, amiable, congenial, cordial, genial etc., but definitely NOT Friendship. Not only is the setter a hobbit...he/she is a stupid hobbit..probably the type of person who thinks Sherlock Holmes is a firm of house builders!!!

Oh and by the way for last week's 87a WAS 'Dado'............arrrrrgh!!!
