What a relief after last week's shocker! Only one to go: 4d "City is cooler, but with hot area inside". I've got I?F?H?N ... suspect something (probably the F) is wrong.

ISFAHAN - is fan with AH. In Iran (Ithink)

Sorry, forgot clue - "HA" for "Hot Area" inside "IS FAN"

Thanks Chrise. Had no chance of getting this on my own - never heard of the town of Ishafan or HA as an abbreviation for hot area. So at least it's not one of those "doh!" moments!

Oh ... and I did spell it right in the crossword!!

Didn't make it entirely clear - H for hot, A for area

H = hot
A = area
two totally separate abbreviations.
