Stuck down the bottom. Cannot make any sense. Have lost ability to use pronouns! Any help gratefully recieved.

16 dn is snow shoe, I think. Am also stuck on the other.

Wanted it to be snow show. Have put underwrite for the across clue, but it doesnt fit too well.

I've got o?t? - oath fits but can't parse the clue

Loath (can't stand), then drop the 'l'.

looks like loath (can't stand) without the L (case dismissed) but i don't see why L = case.
