First of all a hearty "thank you" to all earlier solvers - I took nearly 3 times as long as normal doing this - would have ground to a halt on several occasions without going on the Forum.

STILL left with two -

31a After warmth, at first everyone tugs everyone else's blanket (4-2-4) ?A?L-?O-?A?L

is it tail to tail?

53a Helping seal off old area of Ireland (7,4)E?G?L?H ?A?E

English something?

Thanks
