Can anyone help to solve/explain one or more of these, please?
11,5 across, 22,12,21.
We're non compos mentis, brother. Why? A UK gig has been organised for a blues parody.

I think that it is something like 'Woke up this morning, both my ears were gone' but...

15d. Reedy sounding boy has something charged returned after a deal gets 50% off (9)
I think that this may be adenoidal but, again, can't quite see it.

27. Wrapper for hat mostly includes short advice (7) T??????l, if adenoidal was correct

15d adenoidal seems right
lad = boy
ion = charge
ade = deal less L = 50

all put together backwards.

Thank you, Phillip and Trevor and Pastille once again - a fine bum steer and innovative spelling, certainly worthy of Hogwarts! j
