I'm in need of some explanation here...

"String that produces double note" = T-I-E. Probably twine but why?

"A lot of hair beginning to grow in place hair grows on!" = C-I-N-N. That'll be chignon - you've got your CHIN and the G from grow. But where does the NO come from?

Ha-ha I thought you might feel that way - especially Twine - sometimes the bleeding obvious is easy to overlook.
