Clothes for touring everywhere except north - Is it FIT OUT or RIG OUT?

Brendan f= leaf (folio perhaps) so ff = leaves.

touri(n)g= anagram of 'rig out'

Rig out anag touring less (n)orth. Rig out an outfit in Chambers,

does the clue in the paper have a ? at the end. I suspect it does. I always take this to mean that the answer is literally the answer to the clue as a whole.

twopence coin is a coin essentially made of copper. crap, I agree.but there you go.
