If you do an advanced book search on Google Books
http://books.google.co.uk
putting the word dictionary in the title field and Forky in on the top line then you get to look up the word in loads of dictionaries.
Unfortunately in the Concise Scots Dictionary it says:
Forky adj Meaning obscure
I didn't check the whole list!

Going further down the list I found
Jamieson's Dictionary of the Scottish language
which defines Forky as Strong

Hi Mamya
Re FORKY
Try MEMIDEX on line
Gives FORKY(adj) as resembling a fork,divided/separated into two branches.
Synonyms include bifurcate, prongy plus a few others.
Does this suit your purposes or are you looking for another meaning altogether?

Hi Mamya
I have heard Forky or Forky-tail used to decribe an earwig in Scots dialect - mainly northern Scotland, if that's any help.

Cheers
