4 D. Roman numerals (everything in 'vivid' is a Roman numeral)

24 Celebrates = sings
Eminence= hill
'hill' inside 'sings' = shillings.

S(HILL)INGS... Sings=Celebrates, hill=eminence

hill = eminence in sings = celebrates

24a celebrates= sings eminence= hill
