Hi.

Just a thought about Seed's character...

grits might be the answer as it is 'coarsely ground grain, especially oats'. 'grit' can also mean 'character' (John Wayne in the film 'True Grit' etc..).

I've got grain for seed's character. Grain is clearly a seed, eg grain of rice, and on-line dictionary gives one definition of grain as temper or natural character: two brothers of similar grain. Actually understood every clue this week - first time for ages! Maybe Myops is on holiday!!
