Last two, I'm hopelessly stuck on 24 across.. Routine flight made by male, sort to take flight (4,3)
M-L- R-N and also 25 across- Learning abut name written back to front on register E-R-L .. Enrol? Errol? Why? My tiny brain is struggling here!

M - male +ilk - sort + take flight run - Milk Run?- routime flight?

Learning Lore about name n writeen back to fromt - enrol? - register?

Lore =learning plus N for name = anagram for Enrol.

I think the other one might be a MULE RUN = routine flight ? But not sure
