As per usual stuck on last one...

Head of army reserves keeps soldiers in big vessel A_R_A

I think it's either AORTA or ATRIA but can't see the parsing, any ideas?

Head of army = A
Soldiers =OR (ordinary ranks)
reserves = TA (territorial army)
