If it is, that suggests KILL for 11a; it fits "plane down" but "stream" ?

11a Just discovered that KILL can be a stream in USA.

Cracker signing in. Can see 22dn "count" being tell, but what about "shot"? Also, all I can see for 7 dn is "newgate", if my answers across are right. Any help, please?
