Last clue - wondering if I have some wrong letters 6d This home wants no suggestion of impairment (2wds) ?ES?ES. Help and explanation appreciated.

I seem to remember it was YES-YES, but I'm afraid I can't remember why: not in Ch., possibly Google?

Wasn't it Des Res? (Desirable Residence). I took it as 'desires' with the 'i' removed.
