I am not sure if you are aware but "we" (sounds a bit of a clique..but it's not honest) are trying to encourage people who ask for help to give all information...mainly the clue.

"we" may know the answer, but ask for the clue...

Giving the answer straight away is encouraging... Don't know Quite how to say it but laziness ...or just "not thinking"

Lots of people would like to help, but may not have that particular paper.

Hope I don't come across too preachy...I don't want to...
