Looks like unreplenished ?

I agree and immediately thought it was an anagram.
However, I can only find PURE LINEN and the leftover letters are SHED (could be thrown) but where do the pants come into it?
It's really bugging me. Am I way off the mark?

I think "pants" is an anag.indicator for "pure linen". Followed by "shed".
