Order into sea - this element's found there -
BROMINE (element)

We meet at woman's cool place to monitor conditions at sea WEATHER SHIP I've got HIP (cool place) maybe HER Woman's but may be way off.

Sea = brine
OM = order
bromine = element

Order of Merit, OM, into brine/sea.

We at hers hip.

we/at/hers/hip
